The median days on market in September was 55, down from 61 in September 2021. As of October 2022, there were 1,627 homes listed for sale in Cochise County, up from 1,573 in May. Although Cochise County saw its median home price increase 22.2% in September 2022 (compared to September 2021), the increase was driven by the Sierra Vista market, which saw the median price jump 27.1%. Of Cochise County's seven municipalities, the other six all saw median home prices fall from a year ago.
